W.I.N.G.S. (Women In Need of Greater Strength): This program is a private, locked residential facility that accommodates adjudicated women ages 14-21. It is a long-term psychoeducational service provided on a daily basis through cooperative efforts of the local and county probation officer, local school districts, and the CIU20.
