EBTEP (Employee Benefits Trust of Eastern Pennsylvania) is a health care consortium made up of the following entities:

East Stroudsburg Area School District
Nazareth Area School District
Northampton Area School District
Pleasant Valley School District

Career Institute of Technology (CIT)
Bethlehem Vo-Tech
Monroe Career & Technology Institute

By Pooling resources the Trust eliminates large spikes in claim cost and can control administrative costs.

It is the duty of CIU20 to serve as the coordinator of all administrative procedures related to the bidding process. In past years the following items/ services have been purchased in the Cooperative Purchasing Board.
